MEET & GREET UPGRADE

This package includes:

• Elevate your experience with an exclusive post-show Meet & Greet
• Interact with select members of the cast and touring crew
• Capture the moment with a photo opportunity

This upgrade does not include a ticket for the show. In order to take advantage of it, you must buy a ticket for the show for the day you want to enjoy the Meet & Greet.

 Up to 3 days before the show, the customer who has purchased MEET & GREET UPGRADE package(s), will receive an email with complete information regarding the type of MEET & GREET UPGRADE package purchased (schedules, check-in location, etc.)

IMPORTANT:
All packages are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
NO REFUNDS will be given under any circumstanced except in the case of concert/entire program cancellation.
NO NAME CHANGES will be permitted under any circumstances.
Any physical items like a merchandise item and commemorative laminate will be handed out on the night of the show.
Any collectible laminate is commemorative and does not gain or authorize access into the venue or backstage areas.

VERY IMPORTANT
All booking methods MUST collect the following information so that VIP Nation and/or Everything is New can contact customers with event information beforehand and be able to register VIP purchasers on show day:

• Customer name (name and surname)
• Shipping Address (including country)
• Email address (will be used to send information regarding the MEET & GREET UPGRADE package)
• Contact telephone number
• Number of packages bought
