Important notes about VIP packages:

• All VIP packages are non-refundable and non-transmissible.
• There are no personal autographs permitted during the photo op.
• You will receive an email 2-3 days before the event with where to check in and what time to arrive at the venue.
• If you purchase a General Admission ticket as part of your meet & greet package, we cannot guarantee early entry or a reserved spot due to the timing of the meet & greet.
• All VIP items are distributed on-site.
  Nothing is sent prior to the concert.
  If you do not arrive in time to pick up your merchandise, we are not able to ship the products.
