• All VIP tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
• NO REFUNDS will be given under any circumstances except in the case of show or VIP ticket cancellation.
• NO NAME CHANGES will be permitted under any circumstances.
• You will need to bring a photo ID on show day to collect the contents of your VIP ticket.
• Up to 3 days before the show, customers who have purchased VIP ticket(s) will receive an email containing full details regarding their VIP ticket, including schedules, check-in location, etc).
