• One general admission standing ticket
• Early Entry into the venue with priority access to the floor
• One VIP exclusive tour poster
• One VIP Lounge laminate & lanyard
• One exclusive VIP swag bag
• On-site event staff & merchandise collection point

IMPORTANT: 

• All packages are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
• NO REFUNDS will be given under any circumstances except in the case of concert/entire program cancellation.
• NO NAME CHANGES will be permitted under any circumstances.
• Any physical items like merchandise items and commemorative laminate will be handed out on the night of the show.
• Any collectible laminate is commemorative and does not gain or authorize access to the venue or backstage areas.
